Why they trust Chen Women Empowerment?
Since our establishment, we have focused on addressing unemployment among women, youth, and persons with disabilities by providing comprehensive training and support programs. Our initiatives encompass various vocational faculties aligned with SETA and QTCO standards, ensuring that women, youth, and persons with disabilities receive high-quality skills development in key areas such as tailoring, business management, occupational health and safety, confectionery and hospitality, new venture creation, hair and beauty aesthetic, welding and boilermaking, diesel mechanics, and heritage, arts, and culture training.
Graduation Ceremony 2025
The baking skills training project aimed to equip learners with essential knowledge and practical skills for careers and entrepreneurial ventures in baking. Participants engaged in comprehensive workshops covering theoretical lessons, hands-on learning, and business management skills.
The success of this program is reflected in:
50 Learners participating in the training.
50 Learners completing their training with no dropouts.
26 Learners starting their own confectionary businesses.
18 Learners securing employment in the baking and confectionary sector.
